My Approach
In my sessions, I offer a warm, respectful space where you can explore what’s going on for you without judgment. I draw on Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry approach, combined with simple body-based practices like yoga and mindfulness, to help you slow down, listen in, and reconnect the dots between your thoughts, emotions, and your body’s cues.

Meet your Inner Child Workshop
I love the flow of the whole session - from doing the mini meditation to get grounded, to the informative part and the sharing among the attendees. Thank you for introducing the concept of what our kids are capable of cognitively at different ages. It really helps set a good reminder for myself as to embrace and meet my children at their cognitive level. I’ve also learnt that to build an authentic connection with my children, I have to first take care of myself so that I can show up for them.
