You don’t have to do this alone.
This is your time. To slow down, feel what’s really there, and not have to hold it all by yourself. I’m here so you can explore what matters.
Multicultural and Diverse Background
Having lived across West, Middle East, and Asia, I understand how disorienting it can be to move between cultures, values, and expectations. I speak English and Mandarin and am conversational in Malay and Turkish. Living between languages and cultures has taught me how identity can feel stretched or misunderstood. It’s also taught me how to hold multiple perspectives and to meet each story with curiosity. I’ll meet your story with nuance, presence, and care.
Developmental Patterning
Many of the challenges we face as adults like overreacting, shutting down, feeling stuck come from older patterns we developed early on to cope. These ways of being made sense back then, but they haven’t had the chance to grow or adapt. My experience working with children and training in Compassionate Inquiry has taught me how to spot these outdated patterns and support the parts of us that are still learning. In our work, we don’t try to get rid of them, we help them grow up.
Somatic & Mindful Approach
Our body carries a vast knowledge of who we are. Just like the mind, it carries insight about what we feel, how we cope, and what we need. With a background in Biomedical Science and yoga, I help you reconnect with your body as a source of awareness, not separate from the mind, but alongside it. Through breath, movement, and attention, we tune into your body’s cues to increase capacity for clearer decisions, emotional steadiness, and a more grounded way of being.
How I Work
It all begins with an intention. Maybe you want to explore why you keep on choosing the same type of person you know is bad for you. Maybe you want the panic attacks to stop. Or maybe you want to connect deeper with yourself.
Your intention is the starting point where we explore your emotions and your beliefs about what you are experiencing. The work together will be at times confronting. It is the nature of growth. You will be ok.
I support people who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their emotional capacity, and move through life with more clarity and presence.
