Healing journey using somatic tools

You don’t have to do this alone.

This is your time. To slow down, feel what’s really there, and not have to hold it all by yourself. I’m here so you can explore what matters.

Multicultural Background

Having lived across the West, Middle East, and Asia, I understand how disorienting it can be to move between cultures, values, and expectations. I speak English and Mandarin and am conversational in Malay and Turkish. Living between languages and cultures has taught me how identity can feel stretched or misunderstood. It’s also taught me how to hold multiple perspectives and to meet each story with curiosity. I’ll meet your story with nuance, presence, and care.

Developmental Patterning

Many of the challenges we face as adults like overreacting, shutting down or feeling stuck come from older patterns we developed early on to cope. These ways of being made sense back then, but they haven’t had the chance to grow or adapt. My decade of working closely with children and families has given me a front-row seat to how these patterns are formed and how they continue to live in us as adults. In our work, we don’t try to get rid of them, we help them grow up.

Somatic & Mindful Approach

Many times, our mind needs time to catch up with what our body already knows. Thing is, the body speaks in its own language, a language many of us have neglected. With a background in Biomedical Science and Yoga, I help you reconnect with your body through breath, movement, and attention. Tuning into both our mind and body allows for an increase capacity for clearer self-understanding, emotional steadiness, and a more grounded way of being.

How I Work

Every person’s journey is different, so there isn’t a set formula for how our sessions will unfold. We’ll begin by understanding what has brought you here, what feels most important to you, and what you hope will be different.

From there, we’ll work together to make sense of your experiences. Sometimes that means exploring recurring patterns, beliefs, or relationships. Sometimes it means slowing down and paying attention to what’s happening in the present moment, noticing the thoughts, emotions, and body sensations that often go unseen. At other times, we’ll focus on building practical skills to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

There may be moments where you simply need space to feel heard, and there may be moments where I’ll gently challenge you to consider a different perspective or try something new. My role is to support you in developing not only a deeper understanding of yourself, but also the capacity to respond to life in ways that feel more intentional, grounded, and aligned with who you are.
