Somatic coaching is about learning to listen to those signals - the tight shoulders, the shallow breath, the heavy chest and understanding what they’re really trying to say. When you start noticing what’s happening inside instead of pushing through it, things begin to make more sense.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about slowing down, paying attention, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it. As you do, life starts to feel a little clearer, steadier, and more like your own again.
